A small plane crashed into a golf course in Carson on Sunday, injuring two people aboard the small plane, authorities said.
The plane, a fixed-wing, single-engine Sling LSA, crashed into the Victoria Golf Course on Martin Luther King Jr. Street just before 4 p.m., according to emergency radio scanners. Responding fire officials found two injured people on board the plane, but it was not immediately clear what condition they were in.
Footage of the accident showed the plane crashing into a tree on the golf course, just meters from a putting green that was filled with golf balls.
It is not clear whether there were more people on the plane.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department did not respond to a request for comment.
