Timpf, who welcomed her first child earlier this year, shared that she received her stage 0 breast cancer diagnosis shortly before giving birth in February.

In her post-surgery update on social media, Timpf humorously noted, “They’re honestly not much smaller than they were before I got pregnant,” accompanied by a photo from her recovery space at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

Timpf, who plans to take a three-month maternity leave, expressed her joy at becoming a mother to her son with husband Cameron Friscia, a former Army ranger. Reflecting on her unexpected journey to motherhood, she candidly shared that prior to meeting Friscia, she had never envisioned having children.
