Justin Timberlake’s world tour brought moments that fans will remember tomorrow.
It all happened at the “SexyBack” singer’s Thursday concert in Nashville while he was performing his nearby set “Mirrors,” PageSix reported. During the song, Timberlake was swaying to the popular song and fans’ attention was diverted when he began adjusting his shirt, according to footage that has since gone viral on TikTok.
The NSync graduate’s fidgety appearance was likely caused by a stage harness that was too tight and placed in an inappropriate and highly visible location.
Representatives for Timberlake did not immediately respond to the Times’ request for comment Tuesday.
“Looks like your jaw dropped. Honey, didn’t anyone tell him during rehearsals?” one user commented on the viral TikTok.
Some took jabs at Timberlake with punchlines that drew on past events that put him in the pop culture spotlight, including the 2004 incident that coined the term “wardrobe malfunction.”
During the Super Bowl halftime show that year, Timberlake ripped off part of Janet Jackson’s costume during their duet of “Rock Your Body,” exposing her breasts. The two have since “moved on” from an incident that was so scandalous at the time (it even led to a lawsuit).
Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour continues through 2025, with the finale currently scheduled for Lollapalooza in July 2025, according to the artist’s website. Remaining dates include three shows in California in January.
