My Hopewell Co. empowers mental wellness journey through therapy and dedicated community outreach.

As mental health needs are becoming more visible and urgent, Grace Huang, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) stands at the forefront of change. As the founder of My Hopewell Co., Huang is redefining how therapy is approached, grounded in clinical excellence, accessibility, and relational connection. With a deep commitment to supporting personal growth, community outreach, and mental wellness, Huang is proving that accessible mental health care is not just about treatment but transformation.

The Journey to My Hopewell Co.

Grace Huang’s mission to provide compassionate mental health care stems from a deeply personal understanding of the challenges people face. As a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience in community mental health, outpatient psychosocial support and private practice therapy, recognized there was a significant gap in the availability of both accessible and deeply impactful mental health services. Combining her dual master’s degrees, from the University of Southern California in Social Work and Public Administration, she built a therapeutic practice that is scientifically evidence-based and a sustainable business model.

It was this purpose that led Huang to found My Hopewell Co. The name itself reflects the organization’s core mission: to bring hope to those navigating the complexity of mental health. As My Hopewell Co. has grown from a solo practice into a group practice and continues to prioritize clinical excellence and professional mentorship. In Huang’s role as a Board approved Supervisor, she provides consultation and training for associate therapists, ensuring consistent high-quality care across the practice.

My Hopewell Co. provides comprehensive, compassionate mental health care for adults, parents, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, chronic health conditions, and trauma fostering long-term psychological well-being.

Treatment Modalities

Huang received her Certification of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Training from the Personal Transformation Institute approved by the American Psychological Association. She is currently a member of EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) and a featured therapist on Psychology Today, reinforcing her commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development.

While EMDR has been recognized in research as an effective and safe in trauma therapy, Huang integrates it in combination with other therapeutic methods based on individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Psychoeducation ensuring a well-rounded and individualized treatment approach. This approach includes incorporating various evidence-based therapeutic modalities alongside self-care strategies to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

“In the end, it’s not just about offering a service; it’s about creating a transformative experience for clients,” says Huang. “The ability to witness real change in someone’s life is the greatest reward of all.”

An Expanded Approach to Therapy

What sets My Hopewell Co. apart from other therapy practices is the unwavering focus on community engagement and outreach. While therapy is at the core of her practice, The practice is equally passionate about connecting with the broader community to provide ongoing support, education, and resources. Through bi-weekly newsletters and community outreach. My Hopewell Co. reaches individuals who may not yet be ready for therapy nor have access to therapy. This outreach is central to the mission of expanding mental wellness to the community.

The Turning Point: Establishing a Lasting Impact

In building a lasting and meaningful impact, the practice fosters a supportive, values-driven environment for both clients and clinicians. In Huang’s role as a Clinical Director, she provides clinical supervision, professional training and open office hours for associate therapists.

“We focus on the healing process, not just the diagnosis,” Huang says. “Understanding the nervous system and how it responds to stress is key to helping people navigate anxiety, burnout, and emotional exhaustion.” Huang’s approach is grounded in both science and a deep empathy for the emotional and psychological struggles that people face on a daily basis.

Moving Forward: A Continued Commitment to Mental Wellness

Looking ahead, Grace Huang remains deeply committed to ensuring that My Hopewell Co. continues to evolve alongside other practitioners. She envisions expanding the practice’s reach even further by creating new avenues for mental health support and collaboration.

At My Hopewell Co., the mission is clear: to foster transformation in the mental wellness journey. Whether through individual therapy, support group programs or community outreach, Huang’s practice is committed to making a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and the community.
